Hey there film fans, Dave Cavallo here–the other Me Like Movie podcaster–filling in for the vacationing Adam. This week, on our “lucky” “Episode” “12A,” we do our traditional Oscar prelim–OK, it’ll be a tradition in like five years–and, more excitinglingly*, discuss the atavistic tendencies of directors Michael Havananivicus (not his real name) and the legendary Woody Allen.

Their most recent films, Midnight in Paris and The Artist (mostly silent and totally black and white!) are getting lotsa “Big O” buzz.
